The trumpet a very little problem

Last week, it was finally possible for me to buy this most wanted Trumpet. After downloading, installing, i plug my EWI 4000S to test the beast. It is just a real pleasure to play with. But there is something that i can't resolve. It's probably nothing, but some help will be welcome.

When i play the vst, i have some notes that scratch a little (most sustained notes). At the beginning, i thought it was in the input daw where the level was to high, but no. Even if i play with a reduce level, i can hear the scratch. Did this probleme have something to do with some settings that are wrong ?

The material is a macbook pro with a Motu ultralite MK3 FW and my EWI. this setup is the same that i use with the saxophones, the old sax brother and it work fine.

What can i try ?

Thanks

It's frustrating to have this kind of problem which occurs with trumpets but not the saxes.

I have not inkling why there is a difference, but in any case it does not hurt to see if there is a newer driver for your Motu Ultralite, just in case it fixes the problem.

I assume you are using Kontakt, so you may also look for a newer version of the Kontakt player, just in case.

    Good luck,
