air (breath) noise vs. note sound -- and fade to silence

edited March 2013 in General Questions
I've been using the clarinets on a project, and am blown away by the sound - absolutely amazing! One thing I would like to do is have a long held out note where the tone is fading, but the air sound is increasing a bit. Is there a way to do this? I've tried turning up breath with cc but that doesn't do anything.

Also, the sounds are really loud, so I have turned them done - a lot. I would like to be able to have the sound become completely silent with cc11 all the way down. Haven't found a way to do that.

Thanks.
