Sample Modeling and Altiverb

edited July 2010 in General Questions
Howdy,

So I just got myself Altiverb 6, excited to use it on The Trombone/The Trumpet, I tried them out together but I'm running into a strange artifact of interaction that is a bit confusing, maybe you guys can help?

Here's my setup. A Farm Computer receiving MIDI from another computer across MIDIOverLAN.

On the Farm Computer:

OS: Win 7x64

VST Host: Cantabile 2.0 x64

Kontakt 4 and Altiverb 6 (jbridged)

Now, when using any other kontakt instrument, everything works as expected, the audio is routed to alti and everything comes out ala convolution etc, etc.

Now, when I use The Trumpet or The Trombone, single sustains are fine, when I modulate expression, however, the input gain on altiverb twitters in the direction of my modulation (up or down), when modulating down the MIX percentage flutters down momentarily, and when playing a legato interval, the mix dial in altiverb drops to 0% making all of my intervals pop out dry.

Now, this isn't just when I have two keyboard notes pressed down, it works fine in LASS for example, the mix dropout only occurs when sample modeling scripts are playing back the interval samples themselves.

Any ideas why this is happening?

EDIT: Here is an audio file of the occurance: http://www.dannthr.com/temp/altiverb_not_completely_working.mp3

This is just a guess but try turning off "scripts send midi to outside world" in the options.
