Just three little words to say that the tunes i've played with the trumpet could be listened at :

I would like to spend more time playing and recording with the whole samplemodeling instruments ...



I think the next step will be some tunes with the sax's !!!

    Your recordings with the smTrumpet are exquisite. This is some of the finest playing I have heard with any wind controller or an actual trumpet. A first class jazz sensibility makes this a pleasure to audition.



    What's more, it's so good, it inspires me to go and play some of these very same pieces on my EWI.

    Excellent playing etc! Lots of talent and hard work!



    Question: do you use your wind controller "live" - "if" you do, do people find it strange hearing a trumpet or several different instruments coming out of only one instrument (EWI)??

    Thanks for your comment, it make me pleasure ...



    EWI and samplemodeling instruments are amazing for playing jazz in live session and people are alway surprised of what i can do with this instrument ...



    I had never touch a real trumpet or real saxophone but listen and listen again to jazz recording since about 30 years ...



    I also had the marvellous chance to meet miles at "jazz a vienne" in the early 90th as i was free-lance for the back stage staff (i was pushing on the stage the drum stand between sessions and check there was drink for musicians) ... when miles came in front of me, i was petrified, as a child meeting christmas dad ...



    there is just one right way : listen,play,listen,play and play again to reach the magic.

    Always a Pleasure to listen to your trumpet pieces. And yes, some saxes would be great too! I think you will really like the new soprano sax for your EWI as it is so similar in size and form.



    Whenever I use samplemodeling instruments I am always amazed at what they can do and I am reminded that they are (head and shoulders above the competition!)
