Problem with storing presets/settings of Mr. Trumpet

edited December 2017 in General Questions
I use Mr. Trumpet 3 and within it the flugelhorn. But if I start the DAW (Reaper) anew, you can barely hear the sound.

If I delete Mr. Trumpet in Kontakt, start it again, the sound is back again.

Can anyone imagine what the problem is?

Trumpet 3 does work decently for me in Reaper. I use a keyboard and a breath controller.

    Anyone else an idea?

I tried several possibilities to store the settings (Preset in Reaper, save as multi...).

But perhaps, this is not the problem.

If I open Reaper again, there are no changes in setting, I think.

But the sound, you can hear, is nearly zero.

I use also Mr. Sax T, but there is no such problem.

    Now, I know the problem.

    I used a midi-pedal with the CC-Signal 14.

In Mr. Trumpet, this sets the value for a certain parameter (distance).

Because of tapping the pedal, Mr. Trumpet got silent (because changing the distance-parameter).
