I love this! Status of a wind controller version?

edited October 2008 in General Questions
Hello all. I am new here a I only just stumbled across this. I run a website called http://patchplay.com/ Here's a sample of my music http://patchplay.com/files/Milano2mp3.mp3

I do my work on the MDT using the Yamaha VL70-m and the turbo chip upgrade from Matt Traum's website. I produce the tunes using a Roland Fantom X8

I have to say I am STUNNED by the realism of The Trumpet! It reminds me of the beautiful Piano sounds I have on my Roland, many of which sound hardly any different to my ear than the actual instruments. But of course my Yamaha, though using physically modeled math models still doesn't quite get the trumpet well. As a past trumpeter I tend to eschew the trumpet sounds and usually use something like EWI LEAD which I find a bit more expressive and responsive. I took up the MDT as a prosthetic due to chop issues which cannot be resolved. I would absolutely die for this, to be able get a professional trpt sound without having to practice hours a day is priceless.

What's the status of a wind controlled version of this and how would it work? Would I download it and plug right into the back of my computor? Thanks!
