CPU In PC Problems

Hi I am new in this Forum and my English is not very good but I will apraciate if some one can helo me!



I am Usin The Thumpet and Mr Saxo as well in The PC Windows XP Profecional Service Pack 2 Processor 2.00GHz and 2 GB of RAM.



Befor when I have only the Thumpet I didint notice this problem but After I got the Mr Sax and I update the Kontakt to version 1.2



I have a big Problem with the CPU overload and I can play that much the Key with my keyboard other wise the sound will be terrible and it happened with The Trumpet and also the Mr Sax.



Can anyone help me on this?

    Mr. Sax T. usually involves less CPU load than The Trumpet.



    What do you mean by updating Kontakt to vers. 1.2? Aren't you using Kontakt Player, vers 2.2.4.001 ?



    Under which circumstances do you get a CPU overload? In standalone mode, or with a sequencer? What is your soundcard and buffer size? Did you match the samplerate of your audiocard to that of Mr. Sax T. (GUI)?

    Hi Giorgio how are You?



    Happy New Year!



    Also I dont really know what was the problem coz I have trierd many ways and try to echange the Samle Rate and Buffer size o my sound card and still there was some noices!



    Now I tried with my Friend sound Card and it is ok!



    I was Using an Edirol UA 101 USB and I got this after I got the Mr Saxo but I didint nitice it befor coz I was very busy for Xmas and not mush time to play with my Computer!



    Now I am using my friend sound card and it is an M-Audio 410 Fire Wire and it sound ok!



    I dont really know what is the problem but I got a bit frustate with it!



    Thanks God that now it is fine and Thank You for the fast replay and atention!

    it seems that the M-audio interface has a faster data rate or simply the better driver than the Edirol.



    I'm just wondering: is your CPU single or dual?

    My CPU is Single!



    I am Planing to buy a MacBook Pro and It will be RAM DDR 3 and Core Duo!
