this is an hommage to good old 70s, a jarrettish :) kind of tune. Tenor might sound a bit breckerish at times...

    Wow Roberto !

It sounds like Michael's resurrection. 8-)

    Very nice phrasing.

Aside from reproducting a lot of his subtleties (that participate a lot to the rendering of his sax play) how did you do to approach his sound ?

Have you done some EQ, change some setting inside Mr Sax T like tone control (i don't have it yet so i don't know if it's possible) ?

    Really Great job !

BTW most of the other instruments come from JABB, correct ?

    wow.. that is great .

i love that sound .. youre right .. kinda brecker.

thats what i was looking for.

now finish the song and put it up please... :D

    excellent. thanks a lot.

edit: how much of this saxplaying can be achieved in realtime?

is there much editing involved in this piece?

Thanks Valouz, no fx processing except some reverb... I have more tried to reproduce the phrasing, and not too much in detail, which I think would become boring.

I'd say 95 percent realtime with some retouching on velocities and breath curves... thanks a lot, bartp
