New user - a couple of issues

I have looked in the user manual.

I have experimented with CC1 and CC99 and they simply do not affect vibrato. At all.

Also in the upper range of the double basses there are strange artifacts - like a weird chorus effect.

    CC26 also has no effect on attack time.

    This is beginning to worry me.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph.
