Still getting hung notes in Sonar after fix
I checked the "accept all notes off" box and it seemed to solve my problem with hung notes in Sonar (7.2PE). However while working in the first project using The Trumpet the hung notes came back. So much so that I just muted that track so I could work on others. Are there further things I can try. This instrument is so wonderful (and I can't wait for the Sax) I'm hoping to get it properly working on a regular basis.

As you know the recommended setting - as described in the manual to which we referred - is available in the INSTRUMENT options, not in the Kontakt options. (Instrument options can be accessed by clicking on the gearwheel icon on the player/sampler). This means, that the setting is stored individually for each instrument you open. Please have a look; I hope very much that the "old" session you´ve opened still uses the old setting, doesn´t it?..

First, yes that is where I changed the settings; in the instrument itself by clicking on the gear wheels and then selecting the controller tab and clicking "accept all notes off".
Second, I just went back and loaded the project back up in Sonar, clicked the gear wheel again, selected the controller tab and saw that indeed the "accept all notes off" settings WERE NOT SAVED. So, is the most likely culprit Kontakt, Sonar, or The Trumpet and what should I try next?
Again let me say that this is one incredible instrument. You have done a fantastic job. Can't wait for Mr. Sax. Do you guys have a price yet for the sax?
thank you very much for the positive feedback :-).
Do I understand well - the only problem now is that the instrument didn´t save the right setting ("accept all notes off") if used in Sonar, right? This is, I´m afraid, a question for Native Instruments - although I am pretty sure that the reason is not the Kontakt itself (also definitely not The Trumpet). I can confirm that, using for example the Cubase, those settings will be stored inside the session, no doubt. Please try to save the instrument, if saving the Sonar session doesn´t keep the new setting.
But you can confirm that, after setting "accept all notes off", the instrument behaves corectly, right?
As far as the Sax price is concerned, it will be 119,- EUR.

That's right, after checking the "accept all notes off" box The Trumpet behaves properly in Sonar. The setting just doesn't get saved. I'll save the instrument next time and I'll also contact NI and Sonar about this. Thanks so much for the quick responce.
