Leap motion: amazing new toy!







I just set this up and made a video: leap motion controller with the Geco MIDI app, triggering Sample Modeling clarinet.



I set it up with up/down mapped to Expression and roll-axis mapped to pitch bend.

    well it's quite interesting. Vibrato and pitch bend, and volume (expression).

    yep and at £90 for the hardware and software it's a lot cheaper (and better) than that crazy overlaid keyboard thing mentioned in the forum somewhere :)

    What did you connect from Geko to SampleModeling in terms of cc's. I like what you did!



    I have a LeapMotion unit that I bought just to play with and since I play the EWI, both hands are tied up. I had a notion that I could somehow wave the EWI around on top of it while playing to create effects, but it has really not worked out that way at all. I am still hoping some creative inspiration strikes at some time ;)

    I just connected roll to pitch bend, then height to expression cc11

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
