Mix is not done yet but even like this…. I really love this contrabassoon…..

Very nice; I think it could turn into an ear-worm for me!
I'd like to try this with our band (not having much material suitable for contrabassoon) but I can't find any music for your version. There are a number of Hurdy Gurdy waltzes, including one by Tchaikovsky, but none of them sound like yours. Would you comment on the source for this tune?
Thanks,
Dick
I do like these bass reeds, the performance and the composition.
In the "orchestra" part I see what you mean by "mix not ready". Some finetuning might provide an even better result.
Please let us hear the final version

Michael, I will try to practice on the points you show me… never thought about setting fine-tuning on any way….
Dick…. If you can't find it anywhere that's a bit normal… and hope you won't find it
My own composition

I'm sorry to have slighted you, not realizing you had composed this nice piece. Are you sure you didn't get it from Tchaikovsky or someone like that?
Dick
mmmmmm let me think … mmm yes i'm sure of course… i spent 1 full day to compose this one starting only from an "image" (i'm doing it for a french music for kids… the scene is a witch cooking a potion) and i was searching to do something in Danny Elfman mood … the usual music i listen all the time are soundtracks …. and to be honest… i know a few thing of Tchaikovsky but really … a few
but now if u think about something sounding like it, i'll be glad to hear it…
Best regards.
Sylvain
I was only joking about getting it from someone else, just because it is so well done. It's totally original sounding and perfect for the contrabassoon and bass clarinet. I think the kids will like it a lot.
