More Fake Tower

Hi, Since I have this template all set up like Tower of Power... thought I'd do a cue for Access Hollywood (on of my clients) with a Tower vibe.. hope you like it.

    Did you record this live or in a DAW and play each part on a separate track?

    As a former trumpet player in a cover band that played a lot of TOP, I have to say that sounds great!

    Thanks for the kind words. TOP is definitely the Gold Standard when it comes to Funk, Horn sections and tightness. So even to attempt an homage solo, and do it with VIs is almost blasphemy. So kudos from a Tpt player/TOP cover band member is nice.

    As to my methods. I use a venerable old DX7 with its wonderfully elegant built in BC. I create the lead lines with a harmony and rhythm section feel in mind. Then voice them in the TOP style and finish off with TOP rhythm section elements like congas, funky guitar and organ licks in between the horn lines. If only I could sing like Lenny White!

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
