New Post - Freddie Freeloader

edited February 2013 in User demos
Hi - It has been quite some time since I posted here. I thought I would share a couple of portions of tunes I have been having fun with.

I am trying to recreate the feel of the era as much as possible (notes/tempo/groove/etc)

The first is the Miles classic Freddie Freeloader:

The second is a big band version of the Basie tune Blues on the Double:

I would welcome any comments or suggestions.

Enjoy

Wow. Freddie was amazing! Blues on the Double was very well played but the horns sounded a little thin to my old ears. Maybe add a little boost in the low-mids? Great playing in any case! :D -Perry-

Thanks Perry. That's a great point. Perhaps a little boost in that range might help. I will play around with it.

    I appreciate the comment!
