edited September 2008 in General Questions
I'm playing a Chuck Mangeoine song live where he hit's a high "C" Mine won't do that. Any way to increase it by 2 half steps?

I did hear that you could load it into KONTAKT and extend the keyzones.Or was it a dream?

A flying in my sleep said said "Kontakt 2.2.1 worked best."

I make no claims that I know what i'm talking about!

Kontakt is already at it's full range. Thanks

    Was it "Last Dance" perhaps?

    Anyway, I second that request...

Unfortunately there is no way to extend the range of the Flugel, even with the FULL version of Kontakt.

The only thing that I can suggest is to either

    a) Make a 2nd instrument on the same MIDI channel with those extra notes or

    b) Email Peter or Giorgio and see if they will make you a custom nki file.

  • Dear Friends,

we are working hard on an upgrade of The Trumpet. The Fluegelhorn will get an extended range up to the high c (C5, i.e. 2 octaves above the middle c). Please give us a few weeks... :-)

    All the best

    Peter
