cc11 won't save with project in Cubase

Every time I open up a project I have to reslide the assigned fader for every instrument to reactivate cc11.

This is the case for me even with Track presets.

I can't find anything in the manuals that gives a setup correction for this and I haven't looked to much in the form but haven't had any success there either?

Is there anything I can do to correct this.

PS--

I set the cc11 through the Cubase "QUICK CONTROLS"

Thanks again----

Yes, put a small CC MIDI event at the start of your MIDI tracks in your template, and that will do the job for you. You can even save these tracks as a track archive, if you don't want a template.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
