Miles Davis - Nardis (funk cover) with Trombone

edited May 2011 in User demos
Hi!

I just finished funk cover of 'Nardis', with using SampleModeling Trombone. Sorry that Trombone was used only partially, but imho it involved perfectly into the mix!

You can listen/download it here:

Hey, guys! Errr.... Is it so awfully bad?
  • No, Shramm, it's indeed very nice. :)

I guess there is simply nobody left. No activity in the forums.

    Hello my friend :)

I've listened to it very few hours after you shared it and forgot to post a message.

The very first time i've listened to it i was quit surprised by your funky version but i've listened it many time and i can say i like it and that it is a good job.

So, no it's not awful at all but no activity on the forum.

Everybody is in vacation i guess...

I must have missed this three years ago. Really nice job on this. Sounds quite real!

Hope all is well with Russia these days. I have many fond memories of your country and people as I lived there (St.P) for a few years in the early 90s. When it comes to the arts, Russia is first class!

Thank you! :) I literally got sick of 'Nardis', when I recently heard it for the first time, but I didn't find original one (they say that this record doesn't exist at all). So I decided to do my own interpretation.

PS. My respects to SampleModeling team.
