If We Hold On Together instrumental with 'The Trumpet' lead

edited June 2008 in User demos
I made my own arrangement of the James Horner/Will Jennings song "If We Hold On Together" a couple of years ago in Symphonic Gold XP. I was curious how it would work with a "The Trumpet" playing the lead vocal part. :)

Here's what I came up with.

Enjoy! :)

    action9000,

Just loading The Trumpet on a previous track, created for a different kind of instrument, may not be the best approach. In fact, traditional, sample-based libraries of solo instruments do not fully exploit the several controllers which blow life into a performance. This is particularly true for CC11. I don't know whether you have partially redone this track, by adding suitable amount of expression. Even if this were the case, this may be still insufficient. Please try to add more dynamics, pitchbends and, if indicated, vibrato, and you will notice the difference.

Thanks for sharing this with us. :-)

Please let us know whether this suggestion will prove useful.

    Best,

    Giorgio
