Orchestral Brass Demo

Hi,



I am always surprised, how well the brass instruments of SM blend into the sound with other libraries (especially with the horns v.3 available).



A few days ago I did a little practice song in the style of the "Nate´s Theme 2.0" from the Uncharted Soundtrack to catch up with the orchestration after analyzing the piece.



For me, the SM Brass series is the most flexibel and best sounding library.

    Nice natural sounding Demo (for me the strings seem less realistic than the rest).

    Yes, totally agree with you. I should have spent more time on the strings beside the brass section. They could take much more "life" in it.

    What reverb did you use for the brass?

    Thank you. For early reflections I use Virtual Sound Stage 2 and for the tail I use one of the internal cubase reverbs (REVelation, when I'm not mistaken).

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph.
