Mutes not Remembered

edited May 2016 in General Questions
Hi,

I'm using SampleModeling Brass and Logic X. When I assign mutes in a project they are not "remembered" when I come back to it after closing. I've tried using "Channel Strip" settings but as of yet, I've not been able to come back to a sequence and have the mutes in place.

Please help

Thanks

    Hi,

You can choose your mute via CC100 by default. Record it like your, say, CC11 and it will be part of the MIDI region. For ever...

Is there a list of corresponding controller state to mute choice? For example... controller amount 25 through 30 equals straight mute (etc)

    Thanks

In the manual, you can find this list in the section called 'The Mutes'. But it doesn't give the relation between the controller amount and the mute.

I guess you'll have to play with the CC100 and notate when the mute changes.

I figured it out and it works great. Thanks for the tip and thanks again to SM for the great instruments!
