  The phrasing was definately not Mr Saxes fault The backing (In session with Charlie Parker) was 224 BPM.
  
  
  
  I tried to sync the original (Charlie Parker) with the backing and Charlie parkers version was 5% slower (212 BPM). Not saying I'd have been better if the backing was 5% slower, but at least I gave it a shot .

  The phrasing was definately not Mr Saxes fault The backing (In session with Charlie Parker) was 224 BPM.
