Adding effects

edited January 2009 in General Questions
Hi, I'm a total newbie with soft synths so any advice appreciated.

I looked through the Kontakt 2 standalone player files and noted that there are numerous effects, such as delay, reverb, etc, but I can see no way to add them in the player, for Mr T. Is this possible?

Also, if the above is not possible can Mr T be opened in the Ableton live lite software that is bundled with M-audio, etc soundcards. And does that have effects such as reverb, etc.

Failing all the above, how do I add reverb or delay etc to Mr T?

Thanx in advance.

Regards Pete.

    Pete,

I am not in front of the Kontakt Player but I think I can help.

Look at outputs, then on the mixer look at the master. the fx buttom will allow you to add say reverb. Then click on this and the edit properties will come up. Here you can change the room size , make it wet/dry. If you still can't figure this out or I have lost my mind (which is entirely possible), please let me know and I can tell you better tonight when I am at home in front the program.

I use a little reverb most of the time . I don't care to play Mr Sax or the Trumpet totally dry.
