        <description><![CDATA[<p>Hi!</p><p>Here&#39;s a recent demo I have just finished mixing drums for. It&#39;s a mixture of prog rock, classical and jazz.</p><p>All of the brass is sample modeling, as is the solo violin, and also has the ensemble strings in some of the more lyrical passages or fast runs.</p><p>My brother played drums and did an amazing job!</p><p>I hope you enjoy!</p><p>-Jon</p><p><br /></p><div><div>

</div></div><p>its a nightmare to try this style due to &quot;shy&quot; portamento transitions, i believe it would be a great option if somehow you could give us a control over the portamento&#39;s level attack envelope and i have noticed that the beginning of portamento glissando slides have only the fundamental tone with like 3 harmonics so it sounds like a lowpass filter is gradually opening on them, and pitch bend range cant be more than 3st on keyboard but it can be higher on wind controllers doesnt make any sense to me honestly, a 12 pitch bend range will at least allow us to sculpt our own portamentos/glissandos however we want. thank you</p>]]>

        <description><![CDATA[<p>I am using Audio Modeling&#39;s &quot;Solo Strings&quot; and Sample Modeling&#39;s &quot;The Trumpet&quot;.         <description><![CDATA[<p>In the Reaper Forum, by a very competent musician,  there was a very high Rating for the sound of the instrument in a piece my band recorded with me live performing with &quot;The Trumpet&quot; (Flugelhorn) and the BBCv2 breath controller. </p><p>&quot;I&#39;m an old jazz nut from the 70s and 80s and the thing that caught my attention the most is the trumpet because you said it was virtual. I played guitar with one of the all time greats trumpet player back in the 80s by the name of Stan Mark. We played in both jazz quartets and quintets, but one of the greatest gigs was in his big band. </p><p> It&#39;s not easy to make a solo virtual trumpet sound that good and you did a great job on this Michael.
